that consists of 45 highly educated and trained research professionals covering all themes needed to develop food innovations.
He is responsible for the protein transition towards less animal protein and more plant based protein to feed the growing world population. In addition, food safety is incorporated in this research area. His presentation will cover several ongoing projects on relatively novel protein sources to contribute to food, such as soy, seaweed, duckweed and micro-algae.
