Katja Gruijters specialized in food and drink design after graduating at the Design Academy Eindhoven in the Netherlands. Since 2001, she has worked in her own studio, designing food experiments, concepts, tasting events and products. Katja’s work is based on world-wide long term trends in food culture and motivated by the need for sustainable development.
The “All You Can Eat Enough” supper is the pilot of a project by the Feed Your Mind foundation, initiated by Katja Gruijters. It cooperates with care and educational institutions, government and private companies.
The project, lead by Katja Gruijters, focuses on influencing unhealthy eating patterns in a positive way. The audience will get little glimpse of what happened during this special experiment.

Katja Gruijters gives various food design workshops in the Netherlands and abroad and she initiated a new foundation called Feed Your Mind, which is developing design research projects.
