O.F.F.I.C.E. (Other Food Futures, including Cuisine and Ecology)
The Center for Genomic Gastronomy studies the biotechnologies and biodiversity of the human food system. We are particularly interested in the cultures of biotechnology, the increasing levels of culinary paranoia and the potential for a critical food design movement, which utilizes emerging technology while remaining sceptical of techno-solutionism.
